Frankie Kounouho is an International Coaching Federation, Master Level Certified Professional Coach. She works virtually and in person at The Space Wellness/Yoga Sanctuary in Cave Creek, Arizona, where she helps individuals reclaim their confidence by mastering their mindset and conquering depression naturally. Outside of coaching, Frankie enjoys yoga, pilates, traveling, and curling up with a great book.
